How to Use

is a puncture preventative. is an inert substance pumped through the valve stem of tyres, which are then rotated and consequently are sealed against pourous and rim leaks.

Points to Remember

Sealing will only occur on the tread of the tyre, i.e., from shoulder to shoulder in the tread area. Sealing will not occur on tyre side wall as centrifugal force does not operate on this portion of the tyre, and there is too much flexing in the side wall.

Pneumatic Tyres

is only applied into pneumatic tyres, i.e., all tyres which are inflated with air. Caution should be taken that there is no water in tyres before applying the product. Ensure that the compressors contain water traps which prevent water from collecting in air lines, as all compressors generate water.

Under Inflation

Problem: Under inflated tyres can be dangerous. Under inflation is a frequent cause of tyre damage. Excessive flexing, which build up internal heat eventually weakens the side of the tyre. Under inflation will also cause rapid tread wear.
Solution: seals all pourous leaks, thus maintaining correctly inflated tyre pressure in tubeless tyres.

Problem: Under inflation leads to poor steering response, reduces cornering ability and can cause loss of control in emergencies.
Solution: seals tyres and rims of pourous leaks and will seal most punctures in the tread area of tubeless tyres caused by puncturing objects up to 6mm in diameter as the vehicle is being driven.

Problem: Under inflation increases rolling resistance in the tyre. This acts like a dragging brake and can significantly increase fuel consumption.
Solution: seals all pourous leaks in tubeless tyres and rims, thus maintaining correctly inflated tyre pressure.

Problem: Under inflation can make the side walls of the tyre vulnerable to damage from kerbs, potholes and sharp objects on the road.
Solution: seals all pourous leaks in tyre rims and seals punctures in the tread area of tubeless tyres caused by puncturing objects no larger than 6mm as the vehicle is being driven.

Problem: Under inflation is dangerous in wet weather which allows the tread grooves to close up so that water cannot drain away. This causes aqua planing and can result in total loss of steering control, especially during cornering or braking.
Solution: seals all pourous leaks in tubeless tyre rims, thus maintaining correctly inflated tyres.
